Welcome to the not-so-quite-baked website for the newest retro shop on the planet (as of this typing). The shop specializes in restored mid-century modern, retro, funky and eclectic furnishings as well as some cool Shag/Josh Agle art.

The spelling of the name is as a result of a. having, uh, ‘known’ a british woman that I envision would have pronounced retrosexual – retro sek soo uhl (much more sophisticated than what we American English speakers would attempt) and b. the last business that was about sex (unobscurringly spelled) that opened in Benton harbor was promptly closed down (though, apparently the Asian masseuses should have known better than to serve up tension relieving massages with a side of McLovin’.) Hopefully, at any given time, all of the available inventory is viewable here.

Items are touchable and smellable in an under-polished retail space in Benton Harbor, MI, 49022 at 153 W. Main Street, by appointment only. (call: 269-921-0767) Though the inventory is located in Michigan, delivery to Chicagoland and Detroit is available at fair rates as is crating/shipping service. Who knows? If you live somewhere warm and interesting and want something from the inventory in the dead of winter, delivery might be available to you too!
